Holly is a certified Health & Nutrition Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is the founder and CEO of a private health coaching practice where she helps high achieving women take back control of their health and create a healthy long lasting relationship with their body using diet & nutrition and other holistic health practices.

She previously worked for two of the world’s leading FinTech companies, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters in Singapore. Being a high-achieving salesperson eventually led to burnout symptoms and a health diagnosis that inspired Holly’s own health journey. She has since found a way to balance her business and health ambitions as a sustainable long-term career and lifestyle – and now helping other women to do the same.
