I’ve been in your shoes ladies. I spent nearly a decade in Singapore working for 2 of the leading FinTech companies globally, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters, managing multi-million dollar accounts.

As a high-achiever in a high pressure sales career, I was burning the candle at both ends. I felt exhausted, sluggish, I was emotionally eating, my weight would yo-yo and I was secretly burning out.

I had a life that looked like a dream on the outside, I was earning a great salary, I had the big sales title and I was performing really well, but on the inside I was crying for help.

I got the wake up call at the age of 30 when I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and an autoimmune disease, Hashimotos. It wasn’t until I cleaned up my diet, lowered stress, shifted my mindset and created healthy boundaries that I finally experienced the healing my body craved.

I’ve since found a way to balance my business and health ambitions as a sustainable long-term career and lifestyle – and now I’m here to help you do the same.
