I’ve been there. I worked for 2 of the world’s leading FinTech companies, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters, and being a high-achiever just like you, I was secretly burning out, I was exhausted, sleep deprived, emotionally eating, addicted to sugar, caffeine, alcohol and disconnected from my body.

I thought I was doing all the right things, the daily intense HIIT classes, tracking my food, skipping breakfast, but my weight would yo-yo and I continued to feel worse. Little did I know at the time that I had IBS, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidsm, and my body was slowly breaking down.


I understand how challenging it can be to balance your work and personal life whilst also maintaining a healthy body. I’ve since overcome my health struggles and created a sustainable business and lifestyle that’s fully aligned to my health ambitions and I’m here to help you do the same!
