During my high-pressure sales career, I experienced burnout, emotional eating, bloating, and weight fluctuations despite my outwardly successful life. At the age of 30, a diagnosis of hypothryroidism was a wake-up call that prompted me to transform my lifestyle.

By cleaning up my diet, reducing stress, shifting my mindset, and setting healthy boundaries, I achieved the healing my body needed. Now, I balance my career with my health ambitions, and I’m here to help you do the same.

The 90-Day Body Mastery program is a personalised, 1-1 journey to help you reconnect with your body and regain control. We’ll create a tailored roadmap to help you build sustainable habits. With accountability check-ins, I’ll support you in boosting strength, confidence, and lasting change.
