After just one 90 minute elevation session, employees learn about the importance in gut health and brain function, as well as the direct link between nutrition and performance. Based on interview surveys, more than 70% of attendees go on to make positive changes to their diet to improve their energy, focus, confidence and performance.

Employees will learn how to turn knowledge into action and integrate the tools into everyday life. This includes how to plan and make speedy meals, eat healthy on-the-go, and cost effectively that saves times and energy, and feeling motivated to do it.

High level performance is sustained when you are well nourished
If you’ve stamped out weekend emails, incentivised employees to walk to work and added zen meditations in the office, this is a good start.
But still, the fundamentals to create a healthy workforce are not in place and most companies have lost sight of a holistic approach.
Part of living in this world is balance and most employees and leaders are not getting that.
So, what is the missing piece?
After conducting an employee study at one of the Big 4, we found that over 40% struggled with healthy eating because they are stressed and time poor. Meaning there is a high risk of burnout.
Efficiency can be improved and stress reduced through nutrition and gut health, because when you feel better, you feel less stressed, more focused, and by default performance goes up.

Holly is a certified Health & Nutrition Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is the founder and CEO of a private health coaching practice where she helps high achieving women take back control of their health and create a healthy long lasting relationship with their body using diet & nutrition and other holistic health practices.
She previously worked for two of the world’s leading FinTech companies, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters in Singapore. Being a high-achieving salesperson eventually led to burning the candle at both ends and a health diagnosis that inspired Holly’s own health journey. She has since found a way to balance her business and health ambitions as a sustainable long-term career and lifestyle – and now helping other women to do the same.
Holly offers personalised 1-1 and group health coaching programs, corporate wellness workshops, and women’s wellness retreats. She has partnered with global companies that include KPMG, BlackRock, London Stock Exchange Group, IHS Markit, and The Marketing Store.
