My story will resonate with many women. In my 20s, I lived a fast-paced life, burning the candle at both ends. My lifestyle included heavy doses of alcohol, coffee, sugar fixes, high stress, high adrenaline, unhealthy food, emotional eating, late nights, and poor sleep.


I worked for two of the world’s leading FinTech companies, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters, where I managed multi-million-dollar accounts and was a high-achieving, successful salesperson. At the time, all that mattered was hitting sales targets and landing the next promotion. I pushed myself harder to succeed, neglected all my boundaries, and prioritised everything else above myself and my health.

As a result, my relationships suffered, my sleep suffered, and I was barely dragging myself into work each day. My life looked like a dream from the outside—I was earning a great salary, had a respected title, worked for a top American company, and was performing well. But on the inside, I was crying out for help.

 

and then it happened…

 

While sitting in the back of a taxi in Singapore, sleep-deprived and on my way to yet another client meeting, I thought, ‘That’s it. I’m done. My body deserves better than this.’ So, I took my health into my own hands, left my corporate job, and ended my unhealthy relationship with work, stress, and emotional eating.

In 2018, after nearly a decade in the Financial Services industry, I made the life-changing decision to leave my career in sales and pursue my passion for health and nutrition—something I had long wanted to do but hadn’t been able to because of the pressures to succeed in the corporate world. Letting go of the big paycheck, the security, and the life I was so familiar with was difficult, even though it was hurting me.

Living a fast-paced lifestyle led to years of health struggles, during which I experienced high stress, exhaustion, mood swings, anxiety, digestive discomfort (IBS), bloating, food sensitivities, hormonal imbalances, sleep issues, weight gain, and emotional cravings.

At 30, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and an autoimmune condition. I was put on medication for two years, but my symptoms persisted. It wasn’t until I improved my diet, addressed erratic eating habits, reduced my stress, shifted my mindset, and set healthier boundaries that I finally experienced the healing my body craved.

Now I’m here to help you do the same.

Fast forward to today—I’m now a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, running a successful online health coaching practice to empower women like you to take back control of your health through 1:1 coaching, women’s health retreats, and corporate wellness workshops.

I no longer feel exhausted and sluggish, nor do I spend hours obsessing about food, wishing my body was a size or two smaller, or comparing myself to other women. I feel lighter, fitter, more energised, and deeply connected and confident in my body. My sleep is much better (with the occasional slip-up), and my stress levels are much lower. I’ve built a thriving business, transformed the lives of hundreds of women, and now embrace life with greater ease and strength.
