You’ll be staying at a luxury boutique resort for 3 nights overlooking the iconic jungle and rice fields in Ubud.


You’ll have your own in-house yoga shala, spa, access to massage therapists and a health-centered restaurant that serves locally sourced food and ingredients, as well as a health-inspired wellness menu and drinks, that caters to specific dietary requirements.

You’ll be fully supported by Holly and Sharni throughout the retreat so that your emotional and wellbeing needs are supported, you’re engaged in the group, having fun and enjoying every single moment!he perfect spot to enjoy relaxation and reflection time, exploration and adventure, yoga, ocean fun, and sandy white beaches.

 

Holly Rudge

Holly Rudge is a certified Health & Nutrition Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is the founder and CEO of an online health coaching practice where she helps high achieving corporate professional women to feel body confident and to glow from the inside! Her passion has helped 100’s of women create a healthy sustainable lifestyle using a holistic approach across diet & nutrition, sleep and stress management.

She previously worked at two of the world’s leading FinTech companies, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters in Singapore. Being a high-achieving salesperson eventually led to adrenal burn out that inspired Holly’s own health journey. She has since found a way to balance her business and health ambitions as a sustainable long-term career and lifestyle – and now helping other women to do the same and thrive!


Having swapped the corporate life for the beach vibes in Bali, you’ll find Holly sipping coconuts, enjoying beach walks, leading women’s circles, and connecting through healthy food, movement and yoga.

Sharni Quinn

Sharni Quinn – or ‘Shiny Queen’ as she’s affectionately known in Bali – is an international Hatha, Mandala Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher; InnerLifeSkills Coach; published author; motivational speaker, and wellness business entrepreneur.


With a passion for Yoga, Sharni’s taught over 6 500 Yoga classes since 2007; launched Cape Town Yoga Experiences; plus founded and successfully sold Follow the Sun – a Women’s Wellness company. She was the Yoga expert for Natural Medicine World; created successful Corporate Wellness Programs; wrote and self-published her book ‘Follow the Sun’; plus inspired hundreds of women worldwide through her coaching, retreats and ‘Living Yinly’ online program.


Now, she lives a simple life in Bali, teaching Yoga, running Retreats and offering her Life Coaching and Wellness Business Coaching services.
